“This hotel is lovely! It has a beautiful indoor pool area with stunning mountain views, a magnificent spa, and many other fun spaces. Our hotel room was super clean, with panoramic windows and a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, vineyard, and outdoor pool. The food was so delicious and well-prepared, and the hotel staff were so generous to host daily breakfast/snacks/dinner, which was all included in our room price. We appreciated that this location was very near to the cable-car attraction, and within a reasonable driving distance to the city of Bolzano and other historical sites, such as a nearby castle. We enjoyed this experience so much- we would love to return to this hotel again in the future!”

“Great hotel for families. For couples it is a bit crowded in the spa areas. Great food and wine options. Careful with the seerose junior suite. We booked it for the XL view and in room 3 there was no view, just some plants that blocked everything. I dont recommend that room. Our friend in a standard room had a much better view.”

“Spent 2 nights and 3 days there. Excellent and very spacious rooms. Wellness area and sauna top notch. Food delicious - if you are vegetarian etc. ask them about special menu options and they are happy to prep it for you. Very friendly and attentive staff.”

“Great hotel staff were really nice, polite and helpful when needed. Food was great always enjoyed each meal. We had dairy allergies in the family and they adjusted to our needs and for last dessert they gave us a very warming treat for dessert. The picture with 6 types of dessert was the one we received. The other was a nice one we had. We had a few minor issues after check in however it was resolved very quickly. Overall great experience I think people coming here will have a great experience.”

“A beautiful hotel. The spot isn’t spectacular, but it’s fine. The one thing that could be beter is the temperature of the food. It tastes good, but wasn’t warm”

“I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bartender was especially welcoming, and the lady at the reception was incredibly kind — I called asking for pizza, and although they didn’t have, she brought me a menu from a nearby pizzeria and offered to place the order for me. That was a really thoughtful gesture.”

“Lovely hotel with a gorgeous view and convenient spa. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Probably it was my first time at a hotel getting the feeling that the hotel’s priority is to make us feel relaxed and at home rather than just make money. Everything they offer is high quality.
